5 Simple Tips to Fall Asleep Quickly

Sleep quality is very important. It helps you to get energy and spirit in the morning. Many people in the world have some difficulty falling and staying asleep through the night.



Here are 10 simple tips to fall asleep as fast as possible:

1.    Close your Eyes and focus on relaxing your face

Relax the muscles around your eyes, jaw and your tongue.

2.    Take two deep breathes

·         First, place the tip of your tongue behind your upper front teeth.

·         Exhale completely through your mouth and make a “whoosh” sound.

·         Close your mouth, and inhale through your nose while mentally counting to 4.

·         Hold your breath, and mentally count to 7.

·         Open your mouth and exhale completely, making a “whoosh” sound and mentally counting to 8.

·        Repeat this cycle at least two more times.

3.    Pray to the God

Trust that The God always give the best plan for us

4.    Forget your  all problems

Happiness comes only when you are able to forget all your problems, downfall and all that makes you sad

5.    Forgive if any mistake

The only way to peacefully live the present and look forward to the future. Forgiving is the key that allow us to repair our hearts and being free.
